What is there to do beside skiing?

The area is spectacularly beautiful. For those not of the skiing persuasion, there are snow walks, shopping, day spas, sleigh rides and generally taking in the history of the area. It is also possible to meet skiing partners on the mountain for lunch or morning or afternoon tea. Is it possible to go to Venice or Cortina for the the day
-
Venice is apporximately 4 hours drive from Campitello and so not really feasable for day trip. A better option is to stay there before or after your ski trip. There are direct transfers from Campitello to both Venice and Venice airport.
Cortina is about 90 mins drive from Campitello and it is also possible to ski there. Most people would normally spend the night there or in one of the Rifugi surrounding the town. See our Lagazuoi Trip on the skiing page for information on our overnight ski safari to Cortina
